KaPture is a unique online delivery platform, ideal for organisations who want a leading edge assessment tool to assess groups of people working in different locations. It is also ideal for those wanting an online development portal, owned by the individual while supported by the business through development activities.

The KaPture Platform allows access to demos, pre-work, online simulations, psychometric questionnaires and development tools.

Once logged in, you will be taken to a page where there will be a number of links to those parts of the platform to which you have access.  You will have received an email describing each of these areas and the activities within them, as well as the process for completing them. Clicking on an item will take you to that part of the platform where guidance on how to use it will be available.

Note: Depending on your assessment and/or development programme, you may not have access to all parts of the platform at the same time.
